Unable to save documents to my cloud

For past 2 weeks Iam unable to save documents to my cloud from my device. Software, app all are updated. Don’t know wats wrong. Can anyone help me . Thanks

Hi there, 

 

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

Are you still experiencing issue in saving the docucments to cloud?

If yes, could you please let us know the Adobe application you are using to upload documents to cloud?

Are you using a dekstop application or the mobile application?

Do you get any error message when trying to saving document to cloud?

 

Please try once to sign in to the Document Cloud account and directly upload the file there.

Let us know how it goes.
