Unable to see Blue Ribbon in Mobile App

I can see the Blue Ribbon on PDFs in the desktop application but they are not visible in the mobile app. Is there a way it needs to be enabled to work on mobile?

    Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

     

    The ribbon you refer to will be available on the Acrobat Sign app for mobile use. Reader Mobile does not support certificate validation, and thus, you will not be able to see the ribbons you refer to.
