Unable to send via email with newest Acrobat update on iOS

This form has a "Submit" button that will send the PDF via email from our iPads. After the newest app updated on iOS, it seems to have stopped working with Outlook. Clicking the button will still bring up the email with the attachment and all fields filled properly. However, the "Send" arrow is grayed out and no longer clickable so these forms cannot be sent at all.
