Unable to set password with premium or pro version

A direct downgrade from Acrobat Pro to Acrobat Premium will not be possible due to limitations.

Acrobat Pro subscription is managed directly by Adobe, while Premium subscription packages are managed by the store from where you download the application.

Also, a premium subscription comes with its limitations. Acrobat Premium subscription purchased on Google Play Store cannot be used on Apple devices and vice versa.

To downgrade, you will first need to cancel the pro subscription. That can be done from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.
