Unable to share pdf files , or upload to cloud.

Hello all,

 

I am having issues with sharing pdf file links thru email, it also won't let me upload my files to the cloud! Can anyone let me know what is going on?!? I am connected to a secure , fast internet. 

I am using a Google Pixel 4a
