Unable to sign from Adobe Reader DC

Hi

I tried to sign on document using my Ipad mini, Ipad, and as well as iphone. I am unable to sign the document which is being used in the organization.

I never had this issue before until now

I used to have the pencil icon which lets me sign it but I am unable to find that icon anymore. I am not sure if adobe removed that icon in their new update. I need this resolved soon because I have over 200 employees who uses this function.

Hi Empoweringm,

The signature tool is still available in Adobe Acrobat Reader application under the Fill & Sign option.

Once you open the PDF, click on the pencil icon in a blue circle at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

Then select "Fill & Sign" option from the list appears.

The Fill & Sign tool will appear at the top of the screen. Select the signature tools to add the signature to the PDF.
