Unable to sign in from Anfroid app

Hi, the Adobe Reader app  doesn't allow me to sign in into Adobe Document Cloud. I click on settings, then sign in, and I get to the continue button, but id doesn't do anything. I don't have different results even if I try from adobe acrobat premium / try now.

I already updated the app, but nothing changed.

Any ideas?

Ps. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy 10+, Android 9.

Can you try the following steps and let us know if it works :-

  • Try updating the app
  • Is there any other Adobe app on your device? If yes, can user try to logout from all Adobe apps from his device and then login via Acrobat app ?
  • Is there an Adobe accounts in Android Account settings ? Can you please remove the Adobe account from the settings and then login again in the app ? https://support.google.com/android/answer/7664951?hl=en

A quick update. Problem solved: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app (again) and this time it works. Magic. 🙂
