Unable to sign in to account on laptop

I found out I was signed out of my account on all my devices yesterday, I didn't initiate the sign out and have been able to sign in on the ipad and phone but anytime I try signing in on the laptop, I get a feedback saying something went wrong.

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error for a better understanding and assistance?

This could be an issue with the website's cookies and cache. You may also try clearing cache files from your browser and try again.
