Unable to transmit files

Hello sir,

I'm using Adobe for long term but this version I'm very dissatisfied because I'm unable to transmit files in order to save my precious files to harddrive. I'm unable to access it from the account it's not showing anything in system files, though files r present. 

Please reply how to copy files present in Adobe reader to my harddrive  through computer.

  1. Are you using a reader mobile application?
  2. Make and model of your device?
  3. Application version?
  • You can first try to save files from the reader mobile to your device and then transfer it to your HDD. Files opened with the Acrobat Reader mobile app are automatically saved to your local device.
  • To easily access them from all your devices, simply save your document to Adobe Document Cloud by signing in or creating a free Document Cloud account.
  • You can also upload your files to the document cloud, then try to download files on your system and then transfer them to your HDD.
