Unable to unsubscribe from Acrobat for Samsung Premium

I've been told to go to Google Play and go to subscriptions and unsubscribe, but I only get the "Getting Started" section. My email at Google Play is not the same as the one I used for Acrobat Premium. I have tried to switch to the corresponding email, but Google keeps logging my other email in. I've contacted Google and the told me to contact Adobe. I really need to unsubscribe please!

Don’t worry, you can cancel the subscription from your end. Before we let you go do you mind sharing the reason for the cancellation?

 

For Android. 

Google manages the Acrobat Reader premium subscription purchased from Google Play Store. You can cancel your subscription using the Google Play Store app on your Android devices.

For billing issues or a refund, see Get a refund on Google Play.

Hi, and thanks for replying. I'm canceling because I can't spare the expense right now. The above instructions didn't help on my end. Van't you just pm me so I can give you the details and cancel it on your end?
