Unable to use Adobe

I have a monthly subscription and am not able to use the app taking in consideration that the subscription is still valid until 16 off June?

Seems to be a problem with Adobe on Apple devices?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to use the application.

 

i have checked the Adobe account linked with the email you are using on this community and haven't traced any paid subscription. Please logout of the application and reboot the device once and re-login with the correct email/Adobe ID used for subscribing to the services.
