Unable to use premium feature

I'm on iOS device; keeps saying subscribe now but I have an active subscription!! Very annoying because I have papers that need to be signed in a timely fashion and sent back over .. seeing multiple ppl having this issue is NOT OK!!! Ppl pay for these services and use them on a daily

I checked your account and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Premium. Would you mind sharing the method you are using to log in to the account?

Every single time I have to use adobe I have to cancel my apple subscription and do a free trial just to use something I've paid for; FOR MONTH?! I've been going back and forth about this issue since June !!!

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

I checked with the registered email address in the community and could not find an active subscription on the account.

 

If you have any other email addresses, please provide it to me over a private message so I can check the subscription status and revert.

It's the same email here on file I have the screenshots of the active subscription; I also see numerous ppl w the same issue !! And this is also your response to them as well
