Unable to use premium service after payment

Hi there,

I subscribed to Acrobat reader premium for years now. However for some reason this month, I have not been able to use the premium services after renewing my subscription. 

I went ahead and subscribed to the yearly one, premium services came up for an hour or so but gone again. It's been over a week now and I can't do anything. Somebody help please

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that you are unable to use the services you have paid for.

 

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you have an active plan for Acrobat Premium.

 

Please try to logout of the application, reboot the device and re-login with the correct Adobe ID and see if that works.

 

If it still doesn't work, please tap on the Profile icon > Subscription > Restore Purchase and reboot the application once and check.

Hi there

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I have tried all you suggested
and the problem persists.

Kindly help resolve this as soon as possible as this is having such
negative impact on my job.

What happens when you try to use the services? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the error message or a small video recording of the issue for more clarity, so we can isolate the isse for the fix.
