Unable to write or highlight any pdf when using my tab

When I am using my phone I am able to use my adobe normally commenting marking highlighting all features are available. When I am using my there is no option to do so. No option to write on the document or highlight or to mark

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

From the screenshots shared, you are not signed in with your Acrobat Premium subscribed account, so you cannot edit texts within the documents.

 

Also, are you able to select the text on the document? If yes, you should get the option to highlight when selecting.
