Would you mind sharing the subscription page of Google Play Store and then check if the subscription for Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Also, if the charge is for Acrobat, you might have received an email stating that the charge is for Acrobat. Please share the screenshot for that as well so we can investigate further into the issue.

Same happened to me i have been charged 2600 even after canceling the subscription  I need my money back
