Unauthorized charges

Question

Hello ! I took free trail of adope reader and then canceled on same date and same time because it was not useful to me and you guys charged me 105.08 dollars. Are you guys out of your mind .I subscribed on Nov 1 and cancelled on Nov 1 just after 5 mins. Because  it was not useful . Refund my money asap.

You posted to the forum for Acrobat Reader Mobile (beta), and it sounds like you are not using the beta version. We can move your post.

Adobe Acrobat Reader is free. There is no trial and there is no charge. There are versions for desktop, Android, and iOS. The beta version (where you posted) is the version that has not been released.

Can you tell us what you purchased and where you purchased it so we can better assist when your post gets moved?
