Undue charge on my credit card

Hi, I contact you because you have taken payments on my credit card for 4 months and I have never had any subscription. 

Vous prélevez 29,90€ tous les mois sur mon compte depuis septembre alors que je ne suis pas abonnée. 

Je souhaite mettre fin à ceci et être remboursée svp.

I would like a refund please.

I checked your account and cannot find any active subscription or charge history on the account.

 

As you mentioned that you are being charged, would you mind sharing the charge details and a statement showing the last charge with the Adobe's name on it so we can investigate further.
