Unfamiliar Charge for Adobe on credit card

For the last 3 months I have been receiving a US$19.99 charge on my credit card. I have no Adobe subscriptions and have never subscribed to any paid services. Please assist in having this charge stopped on my card.

Hi ,

I have 2 charges each month for USD 19.99 on my Canadian  credit card. I have no subscription from Adobe. How can I stop it.

The email address (Adobe ID) you used to sign in to the community does not have an associated subscription. You’ll need to contact the Billing/Care team to check if your subscription is linked to a different email address and receive further assistance.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience.

 

I checked the email address that is registered on the community and could not find any active subscription or transactions on the account.

As you mentioned you are being charged, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the email receipt you have received from Adobe so we can get this investigated further.

Please see attachments. Note this credit card is a Jamaican dollar card and as such the US$19.99 is converted at the banks daily rate.
