Unknown Error!!!

Paid full year subscription.  Cannot use any features.  Says "Subscribe now".  Then. Says "You're already subscribed".  Then says "Unkown Error". What the heck!

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

I checked your account with the registered email address in the community and saw a cancelled subscription for Acrobat Premium. 

 

Can you please share the details of your current subscription with me so that I can investigate further and assist you?
