Unknown Error

I used to be able to use ADOBE SCAN, take the scan and open in Acrobat and then share the PDF version. Now it just says :

Unable to open Document

An Unknown Error has Occurred

***

Any know how to resolve this? I tried deleting ADOBE SCAN and reinstalling... no luck.
