Unlock PDF in Acrobat on iPhone

Hi guys, I'm trying to fill out form 80 for my visa. I downloaded the PDF, installed and purchased Pro acrobat, and google says there should be a "tools" option that removes the security. I don't see tools anywhere on my iPhone. Any other options or help please?
