I don't have any subscription to the Adobe but I still get charged every month

This just happened to me too! I never agreed to any subscription. I have no subscription, but I got charged $23.88. For what? Never got an invoice, and I'm getting the runaround from the Customer Service.

I did not receive an invoice. Just a pending charge on my credit card from Adobe.
