Unnecessary charges

I cancelled a free trial last month and still got billed after which I found out that the amount charged was a cancellation fee. Now the following month, I am receiving another request to charge my card for. Plan I have already cancelled and by the way, never used.

Thank you for reaching out. Upon checking, it appears that the charges were incurred because the cancellation process was not successfully completed, and the plan remained active. We also see that you have contacted our support team, and a resolution has already been provided for this issue.
