Unsaved files

When I make comments, highlights, changes to my PDF, these are not saved, nor are they deleted, it is as if I had no internet and the changes are not saved, this happens in my OneDrive files. Please help. It never shows me the "saved changes"

I have the app updated and this error also occurs on my Samsung tablet.

Correct answer Amal.

Hi there,

Hope you're all doing well.

This issue has been fixed in the latest June update of the Acrobat Android app. Please go to the Play Store, update the app to the latest version, then restart your device and check if the issue is gone.

Hello,
It sounds like a syncing issue with OneDrive. Here are a few steps to try: new medicare card

  • Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable connection.
  • Update OneDrive: Make sure you have the latest version of the app.
  • Sync status: Open OneDrive and check if files are syncing properly.
  • Restart OneDrive: Close and reopen the app, or restart your device.
  • Unlink and relink: Go to OneDrive settings, unlink your account, then sign back in.

If the issue persists, you might want to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.

Best Regards,
Sonia Lewis

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing more details about the workflow/steps you are taking? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful for more clarity.

Also is this an issue with some PDF files or all of them? Please try with other PDF files and check.

As you mentioned, "This happens in my OneDrive files." are you accessing the PDF files through the Acrobat Mobile app, saved in OneDrive, and making comments, highlights, and other changes, and once saved, it's not reflected in the document? If yes, please try to remove the OneDrive storage point from the Acrobat app, reboot the device and re-add the OneDrive app and check if that helps.

We are here for help, just need more information.
