Hello,

I tried cancelling my subscription before the 7 day mark but I didnt have the option to do so. This is a screenshot of it but in german I don´t know how to change the language. What can I do?

Don't worry we will guide you with this issue. You can cancel the subscription and ask for refund from your end. Before we let you go do you mind sharing the reason for the cancellation?  

For IOS   

Apple manages the Acrobat Reader premium subscription purchased from the Apple App Store.

For Android.   

Google manages the Acrobat Reader premium subscription purchased from Google Play Store. You can cancel your subscription using the Google Play Store app on your Android devices.

Hello,


I somehow now got the option to unsubscribe but I had to pay 80 Euro in advance, why is that?
I couldnt cancel the subscription in first place. I answered your Mail directly but I think it didnt work.

Thanks for sharing the details and sorry for the trouble. I can see that the Acrobat Pro DC Subscription is in a Cancelling stage. For the Cancellation fee/Early termination fee of subscription, see this article: https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html, Also, I have shared some information by direct message, please go through that and let us know if you still need assistance.
