Update my profile

You can do that online.

Copy the following URL :

An paste it in your web browser.

In the "Profile" landing page, scroll down to the 

"Account information and access".

If in the future you decide to purchase a subscription plan, be aware that your primary email address is your AdobeID. 

And if  you decide to change the phone number, your primary email address, your country, and the telephone number that are associated with that paid subscription, you may need to contact Adobe Customer Care directly to update your Profile and  avoid conflicts with payments, for example, or service interruption.
