I’m using Apple devices iPhone/Ipad. I’ve tried several times already to upload files to create a pdf and nothing seems to work.

    Hello @prisp40252895

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble uploading files to create a PDF on your iPhone/iPad.

To help us look into this, could you confirm the following?

    • What exactly happens when you try to upload a file, does nothing happen at all, does the app freeze, or do you see an error message?

    • Which app are you using to create the PDF (Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Scan, or another Adobe app)?

    • What type of file are you trying to upload (photo, Word doc, another PDF, etc.), and where is it stored (Photos, Files app, iCloud, etc.)?

    • Which version of the app and iOS are you running?

In the meantime, please check that the app has permission to access your Photos/Files (Settings > Apps > [App name] > Photos/Files), that it's updated to the latest version from the App Store, and try restarting the device once.

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards,
    Amal
