We have been using Adobe's paid services since December 2024. As of today, February 28, 2025, we have paid a monthly fee of CAD $29.37 for three months.
I have never signed any annual contract with you. When I first subscribed, the information clearly stated that the service could be canceled at any time.
However, when I attempted to cancel the service now, the system is asking for a cancellation fee of CAD $116.96, which is completely unacceptable. This feels like deception!
I hereby formally request an unconditional cancellation of this paid service. If you refuse to cancel it unconditionally, I will continue to escalate my complaint and reserve the right to demand compensation for the time and effort wasted due to repeated appeals.
