En diciembre pasado pague suscripcion y hoy dejo de funcionar, me mostro en algun momento durante el dia de hoy que estaba ok en la pagina pero luego desaparecio, necesito urgente que me repongan el servicio y que no me contacte con un agente virtual, el cual no resuelve,no sirve, necesito un agente humano para enviarle mi cargo de la TC y la suscripcion vuelva a la normalidad

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and I am unable to find any active/paid plan. If you have used a different Adobe ID (Email ) for the purchase. Please log out of the app, reboot the computer, and re-login with the correct Adobe ID and see if that helps.
