My username is not my email address I listed under profile. Please help.

Hope you are doing well.

Sorry for the delayed response. As you have mentioned in the issue description that you are unable to change the first name on the account. Follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Sign in to https://account.adobe.com/profile.

2. In the Account information and access section, select Change next to the Account name
