Using Fill and Sign on iPhone

Does anyone know how to use fill and sign on a read-only pdf? Every time I get a pdf document for signature, it says it can't use fill and sign bc it's read only. I'm told saving a copy could help, but that doesn't do anything for me. I get the same error

 

Thanks in advance. I'm running the latest software on an iPhone 14

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

There are limitations to the mobile version when it comes to working with Read-Only files. Would you mind trying the online portal and checking if it works: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/
