Using full features until subscriptions end date

Question

I paid for the year, why can't I use all paid features and functions until my end date? had I known they'd be revoked immediately I would've waited.  I feel I'm entitled to the full functions of the app since the app is paid until the end of the year.  Please let me know how I'm thinking is wrong.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

I have checked your Adobe account and found that you have an active plan for Acrobat Premium. When you try to use the services, do you get an error message? If yes, please share a screenshot for more clarity. Also, a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

Please log out of the application and reboot the device and re-login with the correct Adobe ID and check if that helps.
