Viewing attachments

Question

I got a Motorola G4 and can't view attachments on my emails that require Adobe Acrobat reader even though I have Adobe Acrobat reader app downloaded. I never had that problem with my old Motorola. Any ideas?

As mentioned, that it was working earlier so did you make any changes in the settings?

You may check the settings whether application has all the permissions allowed or not? And as mentioned in the help document, when you select pdf file to open do you see Acrobat app listed in the option or not?

Check if application up to date or not?

If nothing works, then try uninstalling and reinstalling the application.
