Recently, when I try to open a document to view with Adobe Acrobat, I keep getting an Adobe Acrobat ad to purchase the Premium Adobe Acrobat.  When I X out of the ad, my document is never there to open.  I have tried several times and have even uninstalled/reinstalled the Adobe Acrobat app with no luck.  Everytime I try to open a file/document, I get the ad with no file/document to view.  Can you please help?  Thank you.

You said you are using Adobe Acrobat, but you posted to the Acrobat Reader Mobile forum. Please answer these questions so we can better assist:

  • Can you confirm which application you are using?
  • What is your device?
  • What is your OS and version?
  • Can you share a screenshot of the error message?
