Viewing my pdf’s

Hi Karen,

From the description given above, it seems that you have been trying to open the PDF attachments from email and unable to view it. Is that the case?

If yes, then please confirm a couple of things:

1- Have you been using Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app to view the .pdf files?

2- What is the exact method of opening/viewing the files?

3- When opened any other PDF than attachment, does it display correctly? Or when opened the PDF attachment any specific error message appeared?

4- Make sure you have the most recent version of Acrobat Reader app installed.
