@frantz_Belgium 3D content is disabled due to potential security risks, you need to adjust your preferences. Keyboard shortcuts, Command K (MAC) or Control K (PC). On the left, scroll to Multimedia & 3D. And do what I do, enable all and click OK when done

Creative Explorer already provided you with the steps on how to enable in on the desktop app.

If your question is related to Acrobat 'Reader Mobile, the feature is not yet supported on the platform, adn you will need to use the desktop application to avail it.
