Which one is the problem Night Shift or High Contrast?

 

Why are you asking an iOS feature -related question in an Adobe Reader mobile app support forum?

 

I don't intend to sound rude, but does this mean that only the Adobe Reader mobile app is set to high-contrast and all other apps are looking normal?
