Hope you are doing well. As per the above description, I understand that you want to change the background color of the application.

The option for the back ground depends upon your phone settings. If dark mode or night theme is enabled on your phone, Acrobat Reader mobile will adapt with the phone settings and it will change the background of the indterface along.
