Добрый день. Я прошу аннулировать счёт выставленный мне за продукт, который я не использую, который куплен случайно. Прошу вас ответить не стандартной инструкцией по отмене подписки через гугл. Там изменить что-то не получается.

Прошу прошу аннулировать счёт выставленный мне за продукт, который я не использую и в дальнейшем не производить начисление. Возвратить деньги в суме 1805,31 гривень

Добрый день. Я хочу отменить подписку которую оформила случайно и за которую сегодня списали деньги. Деньги хочу вернуть.

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to cancel the subscription that was purchased by accident.

     

    I have checked the Adobe account with the email you are using on the community and found that you have Acrobat Premium subscription via Google Play Store. I have shared more details with you in private message please check.
