Waiting for conversion

Just bought this and forwarded a document from my email to adobe to fill put and sign. I converted to pdf and it saus its still working and has the round circle image indicating its still wirking. Its been over 30 hours! Now what? How do i get in and finish document?

These are files I'm getting fro

 others that aren't in pdf. Min my iPhone I'm opening the file, tapping the forward arrow and choosing " open in acrobat" when the file is open in acrobat the option at the bottom are create pdf and edit pdf. I try to create pdf so I can edit it. I get a message with the circle that tells me acrobat is processing to complete this of creation. It tells me pdf is being created and will lmk when it's completed.  I never get notification and when I check in acrobat app, it shows the pdf creation still in progress as noted by the circle that indicates acrobat is working. There is a pdf  I tried to create weeks ago that is still circling to indicate acrobat is working on it

To help us understand the issue better, could you kindly provide a video recording of the steps you're following when the issue occurs? This will allow us to investigate more thoroughly and assist you more effectively.

What do you mean when you say you forwarded a document from your email to Adobe?

 

Adobe Acrobat for Mobile is free. What did you purchase?

To assist you better, could you please let me know which version of the Acrobat Reader mobile app and the OS you're currently using? To check the version of the app,  tap on the profile icon > About Adobe Acrobat .

 

Also, is this issue happening with a specific PDF file, or are you noticing it across all your PDFs? Understanding this will help narrow down the cause.

 

It would be really helpful if you could share the exact steps you're following when the issue occurs. If possible, could you also share a small video recording? This would give us a clearer idea of what's happening and allow us to support you more effectively.
