Want to claim full refund after cancellation of my ongoing plan .
This is my first time that i have taken the subscription of Adobe Acrobat , and it's lagging a lot and taking 5-6 hours to process a single file , please i want to go for a premium that could edit my PDFs , but the app is unable to process my pdfs , i am not willing to process a single pdf a day ....kindly, tell me how to claim the full refund within 48 hours ...i even tried to search my answer in the support center, but the link there are not working , i was already frustrated after using this application but searching for my answer in the support center made me more frustrated....
