Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the experience!

 

Have you checked the field size when entering the Fill & Sign mode? From the screen recording, it looks like there is an issue with the field size on the form.

 

Would you mind sharing the form with me here or over a private message so I can try to reproduce the issue?
