web pages not converted to PDF on Samsung/Android mobile using Adobe Acrobat DC subscription

Hy,

I have installed on my mobile phone Adobe Acrobar Reader with paid subscription and have also installed on mylaptop the Adobe Acrobat DC wit subscription. I have also activated the Adobe Acrobat Premium facilities on the mobile.

However, I still can not succed getting on my mobile web pages converted  to PDF using the sequence of actions:  Share >> Convert to PDF files. Inbstead, I get the error message:  Error converting this document to PDF.

Do I miss something, is there any setting overlooked? Please help me
