Every time I log back into my account, the splash screen that says Welcome Back....   doesn't reflect the information adobe has

Could you please confirm if you started experiencing this issue recently after a recent update, or has it been occurring for some time now?

 

To help us better understand and address the issue, kindly provide the following details:

  • Acrobat Mobile app version: You can find this by tapping on the profile icon > About Acrobat.
  • Device OS version: (iOS/Android)

Additionally, please ensure that your app is updated to the latest version by checking for any pending updates in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). After updating, try restarting your device to see if the issue persists https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html

As a troubleshooting step, we also recommend logging out of the Acrobat app, rebooting your device, and then logging back in to check if the issue is resolved.
