I am a subscriber, and have been for a few years.
suddenly I can no longer convert pdfs to pngs or jpegs. I get a message that I "need to subscribe."

also, i received an email from Adobe stating they had been trying to contact me ( incorrect!) and they were freezing my account because of payment. Hah! Adobe is automatically paid every month.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

@chris_5574 I read this wrong? I thought there was an application called Adobe Integrity!?! OMG!

It sounds like someone is 'phishing' an email on you. I would change the password to your account just in case. Quit from adobe.com and the Creative Cloud Desktop App....and once all of that is done, then delete the history, cache and cookies of your web browser and log back into adobe.com and the Creative Cloud Desktop App.

Well, turns out that as I was looking for a way to change my password, I
saw a “restore purchases” button; clicked it, and my problems resolved
themselves.

Thank you for your suggestions, because they led me to the solution.

Happy holidays!
