Hope you are dong well and thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and can see that its associated to US. Please refer to the section Change the country when you have an active subscription in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html once done try to activate the airtel reward again and see if that works.
