I'm having the same problem. Certain files I was able to open a month ago, and now on those same files I get a message that the file is damaged or corrupted.

Hello everyone,

Sorry to hear that the issue still persist.

We'd like you to try a  couple of steps and see if that helps:

1- Make sure that you have the most recent version of Acrobat Reader installed. Look for Acrobat Reader mobile app in App/Play Store and click on Update (if there's any)

2- Try checking with the different PDF file and see if that's giving the same error.

3- If these problematic files are saved on any Cloud storage like document cloud, GoogleDrive, Dropbox etc. and removed originally from there,  then such error may reflect.

Also, download/open the file again from source and try opening them.

To further investigate this, help us with the following details:

1- File's origin, whether its a shared one or generated by you and saved locally on device.

2- If possible, share one of those original files with us. We'd check the same at our end. You can upload it on Document Cloud web and share the link.

Thanks,

Akanchha
