Question

When filling out a form in Adobe Acrobat in Arabic or Hebrew, the text disappears

I saw that on Android the functions of Adobe's fill and sign application are merged into the PDF reader application.
But I ran into a problem, in English it works fine, but in Arabic or Hebrew after you fill in a text box and move to the next field, the typed field disappears, and only if you click on the location of the field it appears again, until you move to the next field, and when saving the document it does not appear, I made sure that the color of the text Black (in the old fill & sing app it worked fine).
In other words, it is not possible to fill out a form in the PDF reader application in Arabic or Hebrew, I would appreciate any help.
Thank you

What a joke of a company Adobe has become!

A simple issue like this has gone unresolved for nearly two years.

It still happens on iOS as well, important languages such as Hebrew and Arabic disappear after typing and leaving the field.

They’ve also removed the color palette from the Fill & Sign toolbar, even though their own iOS help documentation says it should still be there.

Hi @express_6234,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with filling out forms on Acrobat Reader Mobile.

For the text disappearance issue, there are no updates yet.

This is a work in progress. Please feel free to share your feedback here: https://adobe.ly/3JatdYj

For the palette missing issue, I have reported this to the development team to get it checked.

Please allow me some time to get this investigated and circle back to you.

Regards,
Souvik.

It's been very long and this problem exists on windows pc and on android I think this is discrimination against Israel. And this needs to be reported to the Justice department.

I pay a subscription and still don't have a functional expensive subscription

Is that only on Adroid or also with macOS or Windows the case? Can you check also on iOS or iPadOS?

Thanks for the response,

I don't have any Apple devices, I tried it on a Windows computer and it works fine.
