Hi @david_0422

I hope this message finds you well! Thank you for reaching out regarding the issue you’re experiencing.

It appears that the default application for opening Word documents on your phone is currently set to Acrobat Reader Mobile. To resolve this, you can reset the default app to your preferred application by following these steps:

  1. Open your Phone Settings: Locate the settings app on your device, typically represented by a gear icon.
  2. Navigate to Apps: Scroll down and select the "Apps" or "Applications" section.
  3. Find Adobe Acrobat: In the list of installed apps, tap on "Adobe Acrobat" to access its settings.
  4. Set as Default: Look for the "Set as default" option and select it.
  5. Clear Defaults: Tap on "Clear defaults" to remove Acrobat as the default app for Word documents.

After completing these steps, the next time you attempt to open a Word document, your phone will prompt you to select which application you would like to use. You can then choose your preferred app and set it as the default.

Please give this a try and let us know how it goes.
