Whenever I’m trying to convert a MSWord-file into a PDF-file I’m getting this as a result.-

Would you mind sharing the steps you are taking to create the PDF from the Word document? A small video recording of the steps taken and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

Also, try creating a PDF using a different Word document to see if the issue is file-specific or with all the files.
